On the launching of motion poster for upcoming movie Rustom Akshay Kumar said,“After working with Neeraj on two fabulous projects, he is excited to start work on our new film "Rustom". This motion poster of upcoming thriller movie mysteriously states about the ‘three shots that changed his life’.
Well, Akshay plays a decorated officer and a complete man who cares for his family , in this flick Ilena D’cruz will be playing the role of his wife .
Looks like this film has a lot of drama and mystery attached to it and the character Rustom will sure keep us hooked on till its end. Rustom is inspired by true events ,you can see that in poster also...This movie is inspired by the Nanavati murder case which rocked the nation in the late 50s.

The 48-year-old actor took to his Twitter handle and gave a surprise to his fans as he has posted a picture of himself wherein he looks stunning as a Naval officer.After the success of airlift his Fans are desperately waiting for "Rustom movie" keenly.It is interesting to see how Rustom will perform on the box office as Airlift has earned pretty well amount with 70 crore of net profit to producers.

Release date of Rustom:Box office clash with Hrithik starer MohenjoDaro
Rustom is slated to be released on an Independence Day 2016 weekend .
Interestingly, the same weekend has been booked for ‘Mohenjo Daro' that is a big budget movie starring Hrithik Roshan in the lead. Directed by Ashutose Gowariker ,its an ambitious period film ’ that is one of the most anticipated movie of the year.
It will be interesting to see who will win audience heart in the "Rustom vs Mohenjo-Daro" box office clash.
